After a hunt for PS4 controllers and Google showing wrong opening times I'm glad that I made it to the Walmart in Spring Hill Florida at 6am since the app were showing that there were 2 controllers in stock. Once I got there looking for 5 min there were, just like almost any Walmart, no controllers to be establish. Manager Stephanie came then up to me offering aid. After 15 min she came back with a whole cart fully stacked with new shipment boxes with all sorts of products but she thought she seen the items I was looking for. Aye she was right.... From all iv Walmarts that I drove to on that solar day, the only manager who took a expect even through the storage and new shipments was Director Stephanie in Spring Hill FL. Much appreciated to save me time and more hustle finding those damn PS4 controllers.

I recently had a rather large order online and was impressed with the delivery service. I had ordered ii eyeliner pencils and a lip gloss which had to exist delivered separately for some reason just was surprised when I received a package with ane pencil and nothing else in it. For the next two days I received a single package with only ane item in information technology. Considering the fact that I got complimentary delivery this must have been expensive for Walmart and I greatly appreciated receiving all the items I ordered without any trouble.

I gave them lxxx% considering of the stores that I've gone to, and some of those stores I even so practise business with, is because Walmart has the best prices overall! Walmart has its ain Pharmacy and Vision Center. It also has only virtually everything yous'd demand or want for your dwelling, apartment, or business. Pets too! I almost forgot to mention the auto and garden sections! The cold and frozen food sections, have practiced quality products also! Information technology'due south where I do most of my shopping! Name it, and you can probably find information technology there, including electronics and dress!

I love Walmart. Especially their abode delivery service. I'm disabled and so the habitation grocery commitment service is vital to me. Everything that I order is ever in stock if not Walmart always make up for it with substitutes of equal price or greater value. Their prices trounce their competitors. I save money every fourth dimension I store at Walmart. Not to mention they take everything I need from groceries, to clothing, to smash salon, to center care, to eating house subway, to hair salon, to car care. It'due south a one stop shopping experience and I love them because they take fabricated my life a trivial easier! Give thanks you Walmart???

Walmart try to brand their prices very competitive. I appreciate that I tin purchase virtually all home products in a single Walmart store. I accept lived in unlike cities and Walmart is located close to where I live thereby making information technology convenient enough for me to access the store. I similar the new self-checkout options introduced in the shop, it has reduced the queue of customers waiting to checkout. Overall, Walmart is an ideal identify to shop for me to buy about every detail for my house and car and I would recommend it to anyone looking to salvage toll on everyday items.

We've been "members" of the WalMart+ programme for 6 months now. I think we've had maybe 2 weeks without issue. Nosotros've had our delivery dropped on the incorrect doorstep numerous times. Today our driver delivered the wrong order. This order was well over $400 (mine was $130). Called the store 4 times west/ no reply. Chosen Customer Service.

The agent argued that he could see a picture of my club on my doorstep. Sure, my doorstep, but not my club. Put me on hold then hung up on me. I texted the driver direct and he returned to pick upwardly the wrong gild and drop mine off. This is my last straw. I wasted 40 minutes today trying to track my order downwards. For that amount of time I can get to the store and go it myself. I got no amends from Customer Service, or the Store. The driver did text an apology. Additionally, they are always out of everything, even things I KNOW they take. Seriously, they had no lemons concluding week? None? I know there are shortages, but to non have something like that seems odd. If you are thinking of joining, don't bother! Get to Instacart! I will be as well!

I recently purchased a 29" piece of luggage but received the 21". I ordered online due to beingness disabled and could non render information technology to the shop. Client service emailed me a shipping label for FedEx and said they would choice up any where from 8am-5pm on April 2nd but they never showed upwards. I called client service again the following day and this time they said that USPS would pick it upwards on April 4th betwixt 8am-5pm. I asked if they would be emailing me a new aircraft label since information technology was now a unlike service picking it up and the customer service rep said "no and that the FedEx characterization was ok". And so...I waited for another whole day for the production to be picked upward and when the USPS man came, he refused to take it because there was a FedEx label on it and the USPS would not become paid.

So...once once again I chosen customer service and this time after speaking with several representatives (for an hour) they accept told me that they volition exist sending FedEx out again and it volition be any where's from 24-48 hours. I have already wasted two days waiting for this to be picked upwards and now they (Walmart) wants me to wait effectually for some other 48 hours (2 days)? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE E'er!!!

On Feb 4th, 2022 I ordered (5) Premier fourteen" Platform Metal Bed Frames from Walmart.com along with two sets of Ceramic Plate Sets for $506.57. I noticed subsequently on afterwards midnight on Feb fifth that the shipping address was the wrong accost and immediately phoned Walmart to correct the address. I spoke to a young lady who was rude and obnoxious who said that she could NOT alter my address per Walmart'southward policy. She told me that I needed to get the social club cancelled which she said she would do while I was on the telephone and that I needed to re-order my items and send them to the correct address, which I did.

Walmart sent me an electronic mail stating that the shipment would go out Feb 7th, so that meant in that location was fourth dimension plenty to cancel that order instead of charging me over $1,000 for (10) bed frames. On Feb tenth, I received an e-mail stating that (5) bed frames were sent to the accost that I didn't want them to become to and I called them immediately and told them to come and pick them upwards. They told me that I needed to conduct those heavy bed frames to Fed Ex or Walmart and I told them that I am not able to do that seeing that I cancelled the lodge and I already purchased the 5 bed frames sent to the correct address in a few days.

I spoke to Representative Edward on two-10-22 @ 12:45pm to complain that Walmart charged me (two) times for bed frames. Solution: Edward said that since I couldn't physically bring the items into the store or Fed Ex and I didn't take a printer to impress out a render characterization that he would run through a transaction to get my refund within 3-five biz days. He said that I could Dispose of bed frames or continue them since it wasn't my fault that the original order was NOT cancelled by Marcella (or so says the email) as she instructed it would exist.

I waited a calendar week and there was NO refund so I phoned Walmart back and that is when all the games begun. The horrible client service agents hung up in my face, put me on concur when I asked to speak to a supervisor then hung up while waiting to speak to a supervisor, told me that they weren't giving me anything because the items were delivered, laughed at my distress, and told me to call my credit carte du jour company to get my refund. I cannot find whatever corporate telephone numbers to inform the higher ups that they accept severe problems with their customer service agents and policies.

I believe Walmart has very deceptive policies and certainly horrible CS staff & practices. Looks like from thousands of reviews I read, after the fact, that many people are experiencing these terrible things and accept been for years. Reviews after reviews inside Walmart are simply horrifying and this visitor is declining every minute of the 24-hour interval. I will stick with Amazon from at present on and pay a higher price than to be ridiculed, gas lighted, and tormented with the games they play with their unfair practices. Walmart SUCKS and gets a negative ZERO thumbs downward from me. I am writing to the BBB, Consumer Affairs, Trustpilot, and California'south Attorney General, then should you all if you are reading this mail and have experienced any of these horrors!!!

Terrible experience shopping at Walmart.com for a souvenir card that was SUPPOSED TO Be E-gift to my sister for her birthday. She never received it and I'one thousand not getting anywhere with customer service, client relations, billing or gift carte services. They won't give me my money back and I called 8 times since March 24,2022 which is when I purchased the due east-gift card online that was never received past my sister.

Wow, this is such a disappointment, what has happened to client service! I bought 2 tires online & delivery to shop. And so institute out they will only install a minimum of iv tires on my car. My club said they would exist available for pick-up on Th. Well now on Sat, they tell me information technology will be ready on Monday afternoon. The associate in auto dept. was rude to other customers also and wouldn't requite me an estimated time inflow. I had to call corporate to go any information. They offered me $5.00 coupon for my troubles. That would only pay for gas to & from shop. What a joke Wally World has go. My future shopping will never include Wally World again. Buyer Beware. All their stores have changed to self check out and only 1 or 2 full service check out for the whole store.
